Become involved (we need your involvement): lead a class or recommend course topics join a committee - membership, travel, social, curriculum, banquet run for office or volunteer for committee chair positions We have two time slots open for the Fall that we would like to fill, Wednesdays 11:45-1:15 and Thursday 11:45- 1:15. If you can be a facilitator please let us know. You can lead for the entire 6 weeks, or just a few of the weeks, perhaps teaming up with another member. You will be getting a special issue of the CALL newsletter telling of the need for facilitators and the experiences of some of our great facilitators.
We have a large selection of Great Courses DVDs that just need someone as facilitator.
Check the attached link and see if there is a class you would like to lead. Unused DVDs.
You can also design your own class, maybe you have vacation pictures that could be shared. Or there is a book that interests you. Or you know of a member of the community who would be a guest speaker.
CALL started at CSU in 1994. Your participation will keep CALL going, and you'll have fun.
